Terms & Conditions

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before registering your CineRewardz voucher or submitting a booking request.

  1. Only vouchers that have been successfully registered and issued an Authentication Number will be eligible for processing a booking request.
  2. The last date for registration will be mentioned on the voucher.
  3. The Authentication Number received after registration will remain valid for 30 days from the registration date for booking purposes.
  4. The voucher is valid for Monday-to-Thursday shows, or for Monday-to-Thursday shows and Friday-to-Sunday morning shows, as specified on the voucher.
  5. After registration, CineRewardz will attempt to book one of the customer's preferred options, provided that at least two different choices of theatre, movie, show date and show time are submitted. All bookings remain subject to promotional availability.
  6. The booking request must be submitted at least two days before the Authentication Number expires.
  7. Booking confirmation will generally be shared by email and SMS 24 hours before the selected show time.
  8. Tickets, once issued, cannot be changed, cancelled or amended.
  9. Once tickets have been booked, CineRewardz and RewardPort will not be responsible if a show is cancelled by the theatre authorities for any reason.
  10. CineRewardz is not responsible for seat quality, movie quality or any service-related discrepancies at the theatre.
  11. The CineRewardz voucher entitles the customer only to the eligible movie ticket. It does not include food, beverages or any other facilities or purchases at the theatre.
  12. Tickets will be issued subject to availability and without any seat preference.
  13. Redemption is not valid for special shows, public or national holidays, 3D shows, first-week new releases, special screenings or any other excluded shows specified under the offer.
  14. Direct presentation of the voucher at a theatre or multiplex is invalid. Customers must follow the registration and booking steps mentioned on the CineRewardz voucher to receive their tickets.
  15. Movie tickets and vouchers cannot be exchanged or encashed.
  16. RewardPort Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at its discretion. Customers registered under the Do Not Disturb service may not receive SMS communications. Customers whose email settings restrict such communications may not receive emails containing their Authentication Number or booking details.
  17. The offer is based on advance bookings and remains subject to promotional availability.
  18. CineRewardz voucher codes can only be redeemed through the designated partner website provided by RewardPort Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. They cannot be redeemed directly at the cinema or venue box office.
  19. Employees, distributors, dealers and retailers of participating companies are not eligible to use the voucher.
  20. The list of participating theatres is subject to change without prior notice.

  22. RewardPort Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd., its clients, agents and distributors accept no financial or other responsibility for the misuse of vouchers. They will not be liable for any personal loss or injury or for disagreements concerning the quality or availability of participating venues.
  23. RewardPort Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd., its clients, agents and distributors cannot replace lost, stolen or damaged vouchers or scratch cards. They reserve the right to withdraw or amend any Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
  24. RewardPort Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for problems or technical malfunctions involving telephone networks, servers, service providers, computer equipment, software, mobile networks or other technical failures. This includes damage to any mobile handset or computer arising from participation in the promotion or downloading promotion-related material.
  25. If the promotion cannot operate as planned because of a computer virus, software bug, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failure or any cause beyond the reasonable control of the promoter that affects its administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any applicable legal requirements.
  26. The voucher cannot be used to book recliner seats, Insignia seats, Onyx Diner seats, Kiddle seats or any other premium seating category.
